Welcome to our March Ewire

We like to keep you up to date with ideas and information that will help you gain the maximum advantage from working with us.

Our ewires will be sent to you regularly to keep you in touch with the latest legal news and we hope you will find these bulletins interesting.

In this edition, we find out about the problems that may be encountered when trying to serve a defendant in a different jurisdiction to where the proceedings were issued as well as take an in-depth look at why China’s production costs are steadily decreasing. We consider what cigarette plain packaging will mean for brand owners and highlight a change in the law that will affect designers. The guest article this month is from Jamie Morgan, Associate Director at Initia Management and we highlight the achievements of Pensions Partner Jennie Kreser as well as recognise our very own radio stars.
