Employment Rights Order 2010 implements the annual increase
in Tribunal awards in accordance with by the Employment Relations
Act 1999. The increases come into force on 1st February 2011.
Annually the Employment Rights Order increases the limit of
compensation for unfair dismissal that can be awarded at Employment
Tribunals.
